Remote Sensing

Spatial Resolution

The size of the smallest feature that can be detected by a sensor, expressed as the ground area represented by a single pixel. For example, Sentinel-2 has 10m spatial resolution, meaning each pixel represents a 10m × 10m area on the ground.
